Since the last postbox post, we have now almost completed all of the postbox walks which are possible to do on the island. There are some walks up in the cloud forest which are off limits because of a pathogen which has infected the endemic trees and so only certain people are allowed in there.

This walk we did in February, and it was a walk where we combined two postbox walks into one. The first one we stopped at is called Lot and it was a short walk down a valley where we had a really nice view of the sea and some rock formations.

After retrieving the stamp, we continued on to Peak Dale to collect the second stamp and have some lunch. The path was mostly down hill and in the woods. It was a misty day so the clouds were clinging onto the cliffs around us as we looked out to the sea.

After lunch we made our way back up and walked back along the road to the car. The way back seemed longer than expected, but we made some donkey friends on the way back which was fun.
